In this role, your main responsibilities will be to create prospect lists, cold call, or email prospects, and maintain timely, professional follow-up with current and prospective customers. The Business Development Representative will serve as the primary customer contact for sales and orders as well as customer and sales order support. This person will keep management informed of customer feedback and maintain the CRM. You can expect a collaborative experience with coaching, while also encouraged to think creatively and work independently. This is a challenging and rewarding professional opportunity. We are looking for individuals with strong business acumen, and sales experience is helpful, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Research potential lead sources
  • Development of target lists for lead generation
  • Manage customers in CRM
  • Perform outbound calling and writing emails for sales outreach; including cold calls
  • Other activities and tasks may be assigned based on experience and interests.

Required Qualifications:

innovation Research & Training (iRT) seeks a full-time.NET Web Developer. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can jump in and contribute at any phase of the software development life cycle. iRT is a small, innovative company that specializes in research and development of health promotion interventions for youth. Our mission is to create products and services that improve the well-being of children, adolescents, families, and organizations. Technology innovations are fundamental to our mission. In recent years, we have deployed our own web-based surveying engine and a proprietary eLearning system (LMS). We use this technology to facilitate easy and secure data collection, and to provide web-based training and instruction.

As a new member of our software development team, you will contribute to the development of this platform to manage behavioral science projects and research studies. Ultimately, the new platform will allow us to integrate all study management, eLearning, and data collection functions into one web application. In this role, you will work collaboratively with several highly qualified engineers plus a creative team of scientists, artists, and instructional designers to create beautiful web-based software used by children, teens, and adults around the world.  Long term, we expect the person in position to contribute to many new products, as we continue to develop and pilot new technologies to advance our mission.

Job Description:  The person in this position will build web applications as a member of a small IT department that is working on many software development projects.

Approximately 80% of this job involves web applications development.  The web developer will be developing new applications in ASP.NET as well as maintaining existing ASP.NET 3.5+ applications. The developer will be involved with the software development lifecycle from start to finish, from gathering requirements to providing support for the production application.

Approximately 20% of this job will be system administration and customer support. You will be asked to perform basic system administration duties including adding and removing users from the Active Directory, setting up new hardware (e.g., computers and printers), managing nightly backups, assisting customers with technical problems, and providing basic desktop and network support for a small Windows environment.

The ideal candidate would be able to start immediately.

Requirements:

  • A./B.S. and one-year professional software development experience or several years of experience
  • Must be comfortable working with non-technical customers and co-workers
  • Skilled in OOD with ASP.NET (3.5 and greater), either VB.NET or C#, including a minimum of 1 years’ experience with .NET
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience in web technologies such as HTML (HTML5 preferred), CSS, Javascript, and XML
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2013 and JQuery

Job Description: Innovation Research & Training (IRT) seeks a part-time Contracts and Compliance Manager. Responsibilities include serving as a liaison to the company’s external legal counsel regarding legal documents and contracts development; gathering information from both internal and external parties regarding for integration into contracts; tracking contract development and execution; filing development documents and fully executed contracts in logical and discoverable folder locations; think about issues related to company exposure related to new legal agreements to communicate to legal counsel for consideration for inclusion in agreements; copy edit contracts and other documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors; tracking compliance with company’s standard operating procedures; track company compliance with federal procurement regulations; and review federal guidelines regarding research grants and contracts, and alignment with the company’s standard operating procedures.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree, coursework in business writing, legal writing, public policy, communications, or English; a minimum one year of work experience involving written communication. Administrative management, general management experience, or legal experience, a plus.

Job Description: Innovation Research & Training (IRT) seeks a full-time Accounting Assistant. Responsibilities include reviewing, coding, recording, and reconciling Accounts Payable, expense reports, credit card charges, and sales orders; managing Account Receivables; general ledger reconciliation and ability to resolve discrepancies; project budget oversight and reporting; assist in preparing materials for annual audit, taxes, and other governmental reports with an understanding of GAAP compliance; making bank deposits; updating Customer Relation Management contacts; providing sales order fulfillment and support from online and/or phone orders; and assisting with general office administration activities including answering phones, communications with vendors and customers, supply orders, and oversee incoming and outgoing mail.
