She works closely with the entire iRT team to help iRT fulfill its mission to create products and services that improve the health and well-being of children, adolescents, young adults, families, schools, communities, and youth-serving organizations. She looks forward to working with iRT to develop new, cutting-edge programs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s exciting to be at the forefront of innovation with iRT because being a part of a team that creates new products is extremely exhilarating and stimulating intellectually,\u201d McNair said.<\/p>\n<p>McNair received her bachelor\u2019s degree in criminal justice from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and has earned numerous certificates in information technology and security administration.
