application developer with over 10 years of experience, as well as being a system administrator with over 14 years of experience. He has a Master\u2019s degree in software development and management from Carnegie Mellon University West. Mr. Horn has wide ranging skills from software development of web applications, mobile apps, web services, and windows services to PC, server, and AWS cloud setup and maintenance. He is a gifted problem solver: even able to troubleshoot successfully beyond his current skill set. He has project skills in prototyping and sustaining products, as well as design and debug. He has a big picture view with an eye on the future and is very detail oriented. Mr. Van Horn (the techie) puts it online, makes it work, and keeps it working for iRT. \u201cIt\u201d ranges from web applications, web services and web sites to PCs, servers, and cloud.
