id=\"tab-b044fbfdaa4ff9150f1\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">OVERVIEW<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Stump is a Research Scientist at iRT with a background in developmental and quantitative psychology. Her research focuses on youth mentoring and prevention. Specifically, she has examined the associations between mentoring program practices and outcomes, such as internalizing and externalizing indicators. She has conducted research on mentoring program practices broadly, and on program practices focused on serving special populations of youth, such as youth in foster care and children who have a parent who have been incarcerated. Dr. Stump has also examined the roles of cumulative risk and age in predicting early termination of mentoring relationships.
