In this webinar, learn more about teaching mindfulness skills to teens with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) to provide these youth with tools to cope with stress, manage their feelings and behaviors, and make healthy choices.
This session will provide attendees with key practices for creating physically and emotionally safe spaces for mentees to participate in a group mentoring program that meets their needs and builds their assets.
