The Moment program has been informed by research on mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, as well as the developing literature on the use of school-based mindfulness education programs with children and adolescents. Research studies of the Moment program suggest that the program can be easily implemented daily during class and that it results in positive outcomes for students.
