Masters in Human Services Psychology

University of Maryland

Maggie Alter received her Masters of Human Services Psychology from the University of Maryland; and her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Alter previously served as a behavioral consultant with the Carolina Center for Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Treatment in Cary. She has also worked as a clinical specialist at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore. At iRT, she works with Dr. Alison Parker and her team on the development of youth mindfulness programs, particularly focusing on programs for youth with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders.
